Door2Door Dry Cleaning interactive website allows for you to sign up for our pick-up and delivery service, offering you quality dry cleaning, professional shirt laundering, and other laundering services to your home or office. Our website enables you, as a delivery customer, to request-a-pickup (if you choose to be an on-call customer).

Door2Door Dry Cleaning.ca includes many other great features offered to customers who choose to request a pick up and delivery service. Simply click “Log in ” on our menu and follow the instructions given. As a customer, our website allows you to request a pick up.

Our website enables us to keep our customers updated with the latest news involving our business. We post coupons available for you to print in the convenience of your own home/office.

 

How do I sign up for Door2Door’s pick-up and delivery service?
Simply click on the “Register !” box that appears in the top right of our web page. You will then be guided through the new customer area.

 

After signing-up, when can I expect to begin my service?
An email will be sent to you to confirm your application. You will then be contacted by our Route Manager, to start your service.

Are there any additional fees for the convenience of using this pick-up/delivery service? 
No, there are no additional fees but minimum orders of 25$ to use our service. . All of our prices can be viewed under “ services”

What are Door2Door Dry Cleaning pick-up/delivery schedules?
We offer a few different types of pick-up and delivery services. We can visit you twice a week, once a week, or on an on-call basis. If you choose to become a twice a week customer, we will place you on a scheduled route for one of the following: Monday/Thursday service, or Tuesday/Friday service. If we pick-up on Monday, we will deliver Thursday, and if we pickup Tuesday, we will deliver Friday. Also, when we deliver your dry cleaning items, we will pick-up any new orders that you may have at that time and deliver them to you based upon your scheduled delivery.

What are the pick-up/delivery hours?
We provide the following pick-up/delivery times Monday through Friday:
Residential customers are serviced from 9am -9pm
Business/Office Customers are serviced from 9am – 4pm

Where does Door2Door Dry cleaning pick-up/deliver my clothes?
You choose your designated pick up /delivery area.                                                   Business/office Customers : Concierge

Do I need to be there when you pick-up/deliver to my location to use this service? 
Busnisee/office : We do not require you to be there.                                                  Residential         : The driver will call you once your dry cleaning are finished to make sure someone is home (if you require).

How do I pay for my dry cleaning services?                                                               When you sign-up with us to become a customer, you will provide us with your credit/debit card information. We will charge your credit card automatically when your garments are ready for delivery. Your billing information will reside on secured server, and will only be used for future transactions with Door2Doordrycleaning.ca.

Is my credit card information secure with this service?
Door2Door Dry Cleaning uses a web-based encryption and authentication service for all your transactions, to ensure your information is completely secure.

How do I alert Door2Door Dry Cleaning.ca, if I have a special need for one of my items?
Place a Special Care Form completely filled out in your red drop-off bag. This form allows you to alert us of any garments requiring special care to change your starch preference or an alteration or repair needed. We will gladly address this need when picking up your items.

Door2DoorDrycleaning.ca utilizes a computer based garment identification system to avoid any misplaced or lost items. If a garment is missing from your order, please contact Sarah at 716-625-6313716-625-6313 or contact us through the website as soon as possible. If for some reason, we cannot locate your garment, we will provide you a credit to the original form of payment for the fair value of that garment, as explained in the American National Standards Institute National Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.

What is GI-RO Dry Cleaners damaged garment policy?
If, in a rare instance, you find a damaged item in your order, please contact Sarah at 716-625-6313716-625-6313 or contact us through the website as soon as possible. Upon receiving your damaged garment, we will send it to our dry cleaning facility for an analysis and then we will contact you within 5 business days to resolve the dispute with you. If we determine that we are responsible for the damage to your garment, GI-RO will provide you a credit to the original form of payment for the fair value of that garment, as explained in the American National Standards Institute National Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.
